Dr. Frederick Schurger has been practicing in Springfield, IL, since 2007 and has continued to train in the Blair Upper Cervical work. He achieved Proficiency & Teaching status in 2010 and Advanced Instructor status in 2013. In 2011, he was recognized as Blair Chiropractor of the Year for his dedication to society and work towards progressing Upper Cervical to the world. In 2015, Dr. Schurger became a Diplomate in Chiropractic Craniocervical Junction Procedures (DCCJP). His diverse experience outside the healthcare industry also grants him a better understanding of how environmental and work-related issues lead to these problems.

Dr. Beth Bagley is the founder of Precision Chiropractic and graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2007. Beginning in her early teens, Dr. Bagley suffered from daily headaches, insomnia, neck pain, back pain, anxiety, and depression. After starting specific upper cervical care, she felt like a new person. As she got better, Dr. Bagley decided to help people the same way using this unique form of care that saved her life and became an Upper Cervical Blair practitioner. She completed advanced training from the Blair Chiropractic Technique and is now Webster Certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and now practices in St. Louis.
