Dr. Elizabeth Bagley founded Precision Chiropractic in 2007 after graduating from Logan College of Chiropractic. She has completed advanced training in the Blair Upper Cervical Technique and holds Webster Certification through the ICPA. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Bagley teaches health and wellness classes both in and outside the clinic. A lifelong St. Louisan, she lives in the area with her husband and twin daughters.
Her decision to become a chiropractor was shaped by her own health experience. Beginning in her teens, she struggled with daily headaches, insomnia, neck and back pain, anxiety and depression. Relief came only after beginning specific upper cervical care, which resolved those long-standing symptoms and restored her quality of life.
Dr. Bagley often says: “Chiropractic is my passion because I know what it was like to have chronic pain, and I know what it is like to live fully.”
Dr. Thomas first encountered upper cervical chiropractic in March of 2020, when she sought treatment at Precision Chiropractic for Bell’s Palsy. Blair upper cervical adjustments made such a profound impact on her recovery, she felt called to pursue chiropractic as a career. Dr. Thomas continued with care at Precision as she navigated chiropractic school, all in the pursuit of becoming an upper cervical chiropractor. Along with a speedy recovery from the facial paralysis, she saw improvements in her back pain, posture, focus, and energy levels.
In 2023, Dr. Thomas graduated from Logan University. Dr. Thomas is devoted to upper cervical chiropractic because she feels it is her life’s purpose. She has completed the primary and intermediate Blair proficiency courses. She is ecstatic to help others with the technique that transformed her life.
Dr. Celeste Cummings

Dr. Celeste Cummings grew up in St. Louis and returned to serve her community after graduating from Logan University in 2024. She has training in Blair Upper Cervical, Activator, and Logan Basic techniques and is currently completing her Webster Technique certification.
Her decision to become a chiropractor was rooted in personal experience. She was diagnosed with scoliosis as a child and struggled with ongoing back pain that only chiropractic care was able to relieve. That lasting improvement motivated her to dedicate her career to helping others reclaim their health and quality of life.
Erin Stein
Office Manager

Erin Stein became a patient of Dr. Bagley’s in 2018, seeking care for vertigo and overall health. The improvements she experienced led her to join the Precision Chiropractic team as our Office Manager. She now supports both patients and providers in the clinic, helping ensure that every patient feels welcome and cared for. Erin understands the difference chiropractic care can make because her entire family—including her husband, daughter, and son—also receives regular upper cervical care.
