How to Prepare For Your  First Appointment

There’s no need to worry or over-prepare. A few simple steps can help make your first visit smooth.

Complete your intake forms ahead of time. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete your intake form in the office.

Wear comfortable clothing. You’ll stay fully clothed, though we may ask you to remove bulky jewelry or accessories during imaging.

Bring any relevant health records. If you’ve had past imaging or treatment, you’re welcome to share them for additional context.

Plan for 60–75 minutes. Your consultation, exam and any necessary imaging take time, and we never rush.

Many patients arrive with complex histories or symptoms that haven’t been explained. You don’t need to simplify or have all the answers—we’ll help you connect the dots.

Patient

If you’d prefer to complete them in the office, please arrive 15–20 minutes early so we can review them together. Frequently
Asked Questions

What makes Precision Chiropractic different?

We specialize in upper cervical care, a precise and gentle approach focused on the top of the spine, where alignment has the greatest influence on the nervous system. Our process includes careful evaluation, digital imaging when appropriate, and care plans designed for lasting results.

Will I be adjusted on my first visit?

Not always. Your first visit includes consultation, exam, and imaging (if needed). We’ll review everything with you before recommending an adjustment. You’ll never be adjusted without a clear reason and explanation.

What does an adjustment feel like?

Upper cervical adjustments are subtle and specific. There’s no twisting, popping, or cracking. Many patients are surprised by how gentle they feel—and how significant the results can be.

How often will I need to come in?

That depends on your individual case. We don’t follow a preset schedule or push unnecessary visits. We monitor your alignment over time and adjust only when it changes.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes. Whether it’s a spouse, friend, or family member, we welcome your support system to be part of your visit.
